Cedar Feathers

A special thank you to Bob Harju of the Cowlitz and son and apprentice Danial. We explored cedar with all of our senses - sounds of drums, the feel of a comb, smell of cedar, smoothing cedar feathers, and seemingly endless natural beauty.

 A cedar woven hat.

The Tree of Life gives endlessly - cedars are treasures.

Our docent was a beautiful storyteller and guide.

Children were given time to take it all in and truly experience the exhibit.

Dale Chihuly's work never disappoints - oohs and awes filled the room!

 Studio time!

Thank you for an incredibly inspiring experience.
